So what is the best loan available at the moment in your opinion? Which bank did u all get? Why?

Im currently looking for a loan now. Just paid my deposit. Any help is appreciated.

for me ocbc is the best service one. Reason:
1. I never go to the bank coz ocbc staff came to my house to sign anything or collect document.
2. If u have a degree, u can extend ur loan up to 36 years.

or u might get ING Fixed Rate @ 4.85% all tenure (up to 30 years), u can ctc me for more info.. i'm one of the agent & mortgage broker.
